RUSTIC GARAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Timber
1. Every project build by us is either made of kiln dried or dry reclaimed timber. We are not using any other materials ( MDF, chip boards etc ) unless customer is fully aware of materials used or specific material is essential to complete the product.
2. Wooden furniture are made from organic material, meaning natural irregularities like splits, knots, and grain variations are expected characteristics rather than defects.
Customer buying wooden rustic furniture is accepting imperfections in wood which are related to natural processes shrinking and expanding during growing process
3. Most projects are build of kiln dried pine unless is clearly stated in description (oak, walnut, beech, cherry etc etc)
4. All wooden furniture we make is unique and handmade to order. As a result, colouring and grain patterns will vary from piece to piece. No two pieces being exactly the same, we cannot guarantee any replication of colour from piece to piece.
5. We cannot be held responsible for movement in our furniture caused by exposure to extremes of temperature (heating, direct sun)
6. Please note : Differences between a photo and the real-world object occur because digital devices and the human eye process light and color in fundamentally different ways.
Delivery
1. Customer is responsible to check product upon delivery and contact The Rustic Garage within 48h if product is damaged during delivery process.
2. We cannot take responsibility for delays with delivery caused by courier company, weather conditions or any other reasons which are out of our control.
3. Collection is available from our workshop.
Refund & Returns policy
1. All product made by Us are handmade and cannot be returned unless
-product arrived damaged.
- wrong product was sent.
- product was finished in wrong colour
2. If product arrived damaged we will buil and send another one for asap.
Lead time
1. All our products are made to order not stocked. We are small business and we are always trying to fulfil orders as quick as we can unfortunately working with wood not always everything go smooth. Due to natural wood behaviour and drying process some products might take longer to deliver. Customer will be informed with any potential delays.
